  Had a lovely stay , its a bit smaller than most hotels, but its so refreshing when you see brilliant customer service, at first I found it odd the breakfast was not buffet , everything was cooked to order, and the 2 employees Jorge and valentina from from Spain were excellent hosts , they made me and sons feel very welcome Thank you/gracious 😊

  Lovely hotel, recently returned. Tom on reception really helpful. Good location with lots of local places to walk and eat.

  Julia was outstanding, she is an absolute shining star who is exemplary, can't thank her enough! Would also really like to thank Valentina and Jagoda, both are absolutely amazing, exceptionally kind, helpful and friendly. Another star is Ausra, extremely kind, considerate, thoughtful and helpful. Tom was great as well, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Finally, would very much like to thank the 2 hardest workers; Kasia and Marta. The wonderful staff at this Premier Inn are what make it very special, one of the best and worth returning to. Thank you very much

  No baths in this hotel unfortunately, not ideal when travelling with little ones, down for one night , noticed premier inn is not as high quality finish in the rooms as it used to be, clean though and great location , good service

  Stayed here several times. Rooms are always well presented staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great for both Caversham and Reading, both walkable. The adjacent Toby Carvery is good if you don’t fancy venturing out in the evening. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.
